Different technologies are deployed for the production of the WENK rollers depending on the application. But you can rest assured that all the necessary disciplines, whether refinement of roller body surfaces, electroplating or mechanical engraving, etched engraving, laser engraving and engraving for gravure printing, are realized with the greatest possible care.

WENK WALZEN has an internal electroplating shop. This enables us to supply our customers flexibly and on short notice.

In our in-house electroplating shop we can chrome-plate and copper rollers up to 4,000 mm in length and up to a diameter of 400 mm.
